At Maximus Resources Sdn. Bhd., we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to our distributors or users. To maintain the integrity of our operations and ensure clarity for our valued customers, we have established the following refund and return policy:

No Refunds and No Returns

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the goods are sold, we do not offer any refunds or accept any returns. We encourage our users to thoroughly review their orders and ensure they are satisfied with their selection before finalizing the transaction. Once payment has been made, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure that the address is correct before completing your payment.

Fulfillment and Delivery Dates

Orders will now be fulfilled by batch dates. Every 15th and 30th of each month, orders will be sent out. The cutoff dates for these windows will be the 11th and 26th of the month respectively. If the order was placed after the cutoff windows, it will then be fulfilled by the next window instead.

Quality Assurance

Distributors / Users Responsibility

It is the distributors or user‘s responsibility to review product descriptions, specifications, and any other relevant information before making a purchase. We recommend you to email our customer service team (support@rkwellbeing.com) if you have any questions or need further clarification on any product.

Exceptions

While our policy generally does not allow for refunds or returns, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp (+6012-983 2022) within 10 days of receiving your order. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Maximus Resources Sdn. Bhd.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify our customer service team via WhatsApp (+6012-983 2022) within 10 days of receiving your order.  We will work with you to address the issue promptly and find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or repair, depending on the nature of the problem.

Please include a video of your package and all the products with this query. This will allow us to resolve the issue with your order more efficiently. Queries without a video attached may take longer to process and resolve.
